For first Responders/Military and Non-profits Only! Check in: The Gold Room, 903 S. Mt. Shasta Blvd for your position & parade number. Deadline for all entries and payment is Tuesday, June 30, 2026 Options: • First Responder/Military — Waived: Use Code PRF4 at checkout • Non‑Profit (501c) # ___________ — Waived: Use Code PRF4 at checkout Note: Each application includes up to two vehicles, ATVs, or motorcycles. Provide the following information on the application: Approx. Length of Float & Tow Vehicle Horse or Other Animal Entry: (include# of Animals) Describe Your Planned Entry: (Ex: Flatbed truck pulling trailer, 40 Citizens carrying signs, horse & Buggy) Brief Description of your Entry for the Announcer
Cancellation Policy
The Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to any person, animal, or equipment belonging to the entrant or which may be caused by the entrant, its agents, servants, or employees to any other person or property. The entrant hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold the Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce, its agents, servants, and employees harmless from any claim or damage which may be asserted for loss or damage to any property whatsoever, or for personal injury to or death of any person caused by or contributed to in any way by the entrant. >No one may be on or off the float once the parade has started. >CANDY Entrants are welcome to give candy to children along the parade route, however, FOR THE SAFETY OF >ALL CHILDREN, all candy must be handed to children. Children not always look before running out to get candy lying on the street. Walkers may hand out these items if desired. >ALL FLOATS MUST BE "PULL BEHIND" TYPE ON A TRAILER. >There must be an adult present if any children under the age of 18 are riding or walking with a float. >No real weapons or firearms allowed, except for Public Safety. >No smoking on parade float. >No spin outs or burning of tires. >Parade Entries must remain non-political and non religous to maintain a neutral and welcoming community event.
