2026 Carnevale

We are celebrating our 72nd anniversary. This is Weed’s oldest running event. A little bit of trivia - this was originally the “Italian Carnival” & originated in 1952.

This is a four-day event featuring a variety of activities. The event features a carnival, bocce ball & softball for all ages, horseshoes, and food and craft vendors.

The event takes place at Bel Air Park, which is located at 450 College Avenue, Weed, CA 96094.

HOURS:

Thursday, July 9 - 11AM - 10PM

Friday, July 10 - 11 AM - 12AM

Saturday, July 11 - 11AM - 12AM

Sunday, July 12 - 8AM - 2PM

Bel-Air Park Commercial Retail / Food Booth Application Process, Schedule & Fees:

Applications MUST BE received by June 26, 2026.

Rain or Shine Applications are non-refundable and non-transferable

NO Personal OUTSIDE food or Alcohol will be permitted during this event

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Complete the Commercial Retail / Food Booth Application Form. 

• Use the printable or fillable form.

• Email to director@weedchamber.org

• Include in your email photos of product, menu, & product list. 

• Once applications have been received & reviewed, applicants will be informed.

FEES

• Refundable Cleaning Deposit:  Each vendor is required to include an extra $100.00. 

• Refunds for the cleaning deposit will be processed no later than 10 days following the event.

SCHEDULE

•  Set up for Commercial Retail / Food Booth is Thursday, July 9 from 7 AM to 10 AM - South Park Entrance.
