About the event
Join us for a nature walk along Lake Siskiyou! We will be practicing mindfulness and connection to the sounds around us with creating sound maps and other fun nature journaling prompts. Bring your favorite notebook and writing utensil if you would like, we will provide materials as well! Binoculars for potential birdwatching are encouraged, we will have some for sharing too.
