Earth Caretakers Club Meeting! 

Saturday, March 21st, from 11am-2pm at Headwaters Outdoor School in Weed, CA

Join Headwaters Outdoor School and us for the inaugural gathering of the Earth Caretakers Club—a new community space for those who love books, the outdoors, and caring for the place we call home.

At this first meeting, we’ll introduce the vision for the club, get to know one another, and share favorite nature and environmental books that have inspired us. Together, we’ll select our first official book club read and discuss how we’d like future meetings to flow. Whether you’re a lifelong environmental reader or just beginning to explore nature writing, all are welcome.

We also plan to take a short walk around the beautiful Headwaters property (weather permitting) to ground our time together in the landscape that inspires this club—so please dress in warm layers and comfortable shoes.

The Earth Caretakers Club will blend thoughtful reading and discussion with opportunities to participate in local restoration and stewardship events. It’s a chance to deepen your understanding of environmental issues, build meaningful connections, and take action alongside others who care about protecting and restoring our bioregion.
