The Siskiyou County Arts Council announces the revival of Siskiyou X Days, a ten-day art experience and open studios series. Initiated in fall of 2019, the series was canceled in 2020 as a result of social distancing requirements during the pandemic. Reinitiated in 2023, the Siskiyou County Arts Council is excited to showcase artists, culture bearers, and creatives for a third year.
With funding support from the California Arts Council, the series will run from Friday, October 24th through Sunday, November 2nd.
Siskiyou X Days highlights the vibrancy of arts activities in the county while uplifting historically excluded artists and untapped nodes of soft power. Connecting and supporting artists lays the foundation to develop stronger economic and cultural opportunities for Siskiyou.
