Service Description

At this time, all food vendor spaces have been filled. Event November 28th, 2025, 1 pm to Closing Join us for Winter Magic on Mt Shasta Blvd! Vendor Spaces Available: 10x10 $95 10x20 $150 Food Vendor Spaces are currently filled. To become a vendor: Click Book Now Choose the date and time. Select the vendor option that's right for you Fill out the form Upload your licenses for doing business Sign the vendor policy contract Pay for your booth


Cancellation Policy

Vendor must pay in full before their space is confirmed or assigned. All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Begin setup no earlier than 11:00 AM on the day of the event. Keep their booth area clean, safe, and presentable. Sell or display only approved items as listed in their application. Comply with all local health, fire, and safety regulations. Provide all necessary display materials, signage, tables, and chairs (unless provided by the Organizer). Remain open during all official event hours. Not begin cleanup or teardown until after the Tree Lighting Ceremony has concluded. Remove all items and waste promptly after teardown. Provide the assigned vendor space as described above. Ensure that power is available at each booth. Promote the event through various marketing channels. Maintain general event safety and provide access to utilities (if applicable). This is a non-refundable event. No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the Organizer must cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control, vendor fees may be applied toward a future event at the Organizer’s sole discretion, but no cash refunds will be provided. Vendors participate at their own risk. The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury. Vendors are encouraged (or required, if stated) to carry their own liability insurance naming the Organizer as an additional insured. Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Food vendors must have proper permits if serving food or beverages. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, venue, and their representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Vendor’s participation. Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics. However, vendor fees remain non-refundable in such cases.
