$35 Winter Magic Hometown Light Parade Application Form
Service Description
Hometown Light Parade – November 28, 2025 Join the Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce for a festive evening celebrating A Very Merry Character Christmas! This joyful community parade invites participants of all kinds to showcase their creativity and holiday spirit. Parade Categories & Fees: •Commercial: $35 •Family/Neighborhood: $35 •Western Horses: $35 Each entry includes up to two vehicles, ATVs, or motorcycles. Sound and music are welcome — please indicate if your entry includes them. Important Guidelines: No candy may be thrown from floats; handouts are allowed only by walkers. No Santa Claus costumes (the Chamber provides the official Santa). Participants must comply with parade rules and safety requirements. The Chamber is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury during the event. Event Date: November 28, 2025 Hosted by: Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce
Cancellation Policy
The Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to any person, animal, or equipment belonging to the entrant or which may be caused by the entrant, its agents, servants, or employees to any other person or property, and the entrant hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold the Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce, its agents, servants, and employees harmless from any claim or damage which may be asserted for loss of or damage to any property whatsoever, or for personal injury to or death of any person caused by or contributed to in any way by the entrant. Return of this application shall be deemed acceptance of the provision. No candy is to be thrown from the parade floats into the crowd. You may walk in the parade and hand out only! No Santa Claus costumes, please.
